Our story

  • Our story began in the Summer of 1981, after Jack Kramer’s junior year of college. He began selling belts wholesale out of his garage and car. During that summer break, he went on the road with his father to expand the business, and when it was time for Jack to return to college, his father kept the business going. After Jack’s graduation, both continued the business full-time travelling on the road by day to different destinations, and

  • packing orders by night. In 1985 they bought a building, and opened a factory in Bridgeport, CT. Eleven years later, in 1996, the business relocated to a larger facility in Stratford, CT where it remains today, strong and growing. We have become one of the leading manufacturers of web belts, suspenders, and shirt garters in the USA!
